RIB Theft

A blue and grey,
3m Honda RIB, with aluminium floor was stolen from the Boomyard
during the week ending Saturday 26th July.
The RIB's trailer had been moved from its usual position behind the Boomyard's Blockhouse to just by the gate, but the traier was not taken. It is possible that the RIB was deflated and taken over the sea wall or the gate.
If anyone saw the RIB and/or trailer over the course of the week, either in its normal position or elsewhere, would they please respond to this email. Any reported sighting would be helpful in establishing when the theft might have taken place. Please email the Webmaster and the details will be passed on to the member who lost it.
It goes without saying that anyone with a boat in the Boomyard or in Wyllie's Garden should ensure that it is secured, as far as possible. Having a photograph or good description would be useful in case the worst happens.

This autumn's Parhelion Series for yachts
will commence on Saturday 7th October. The series runs every
Saturday until 11th November, with the prize-giving following
