World's Biggest Coffee Morning is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK, with an estimated 2 million people raising their mugs for Macmillan last year.  This year's event takes place on Friday 28 September and with your help we aim to raise over £7 million for people affected by cancer.

Every year 270,000 people are diagnosed with cancer in the UK.  We want to support every one of those people and their friends and families too.  We can only do this with your help.

Clarification of Lady Helm races

In response to a number of queries we have received, concerning the Lady Helm races, please see the following clarification:
Those boats that can provide a lady helm for the day will compete for a separate trophy to be presented at the end of the series and the lady helm winner would receive a small prize after the race at the club. The basic ruling for the Lady helm racing is that the lady nominated would have charge of the helm and would not receive any physical help from when she took over the helm before the ten minute warning signal till after her boat crossed the finish line under normal sailing rules. The lady nominated will helm her boat for both races of the day unless the race committee deem otherwise.
