PSC and the Royal Navy Sailing Centre (RNSC), Whale Island will be running the 54th Frostbite Series of dinghy races in Portsmouth Harbour on six Sunday mornings between 10th October and 28th November 2010. 5th and 12th December will be reserve race days.
Starting gun will be at 11.00am.  £3 per race.

All dinghy classes and Victory classes are welcome. 

No boat? – no problem:  for a small fee of £2 per race the RNSC can lend you a Bosun dinghy if you are full PSC member.  RYA Level 2 is required and names must be given to Ken Bichard at the Centre (mws-rnscinst@nrta.mod.uk or 07833 657679) prior to the day of the race to ensure access to Whale Island. Access to Whale Island will not be possible unless names are given to Ken before hand…..preferably at least two working days before the race.

The Prize Giving will take place in PSC after the final race.

The series is open to any dinghy or keelboat with a recognised Portsmouth Yardstick. Full sailing instructions are available from the Downloads page.
