Either complete and return the attached form to sailingsec@portsmouthsc.co.uk or print the form yourself and deliver to the PSC Bar with X's clearly marked, badge design (see page 3) selected and number of items and value completed.

An Invoice will be issued by our Hon Treasurer and when settled your order will be fulfilled

There are other items such as caps, burgees and ties available to purchase in the clubhouse.
