A fantastic day was had at PSC Hog Roast on Sunday 26th May!

The boom-yard was immaculate after it had been cleaned and prepared after a team of volunteers cleaned and prepared the yard under the supervision of Boom-yard master Rick Hodgson.
The rain stayed away and there was lots of sunshine!
Over 80 members with their friends and family enjoyed the succulent Hog with lots of crackling! Which was kindly sourced and cooked for many hours by John Hughes. Served with beautiful crispy crackling, apple sauce, stuffing and selection of salads all prepared from fellow members.
We had a fully stocked bar (thanks to Bar Manager Phil Jones) along with some very potent cocktails which got the party going helped by entertainment from DJ Whitey, who spun the decks!
