Parhelion Sailing Report #4 - April 2025

Hi everyone,
Parhelion 5 and 6 saw another great day out on the Water with10 boats this weekend as our IRC racers were away with JOG.
The Race Team laid a course from Baker Trayte Marine to Naomi House & Jacksplace, North Sturbridge, Warsash Sailing Club and Baker Trayte Marine to finish.
About an Hour and 40 for the first Division 2 boat and 10 min Quicker for Div 1.
Race 5 Born Slippy took line Honours with Achtung Baby taking Race 6 which was a shorter course.
On Sunday we had CCRC in giving us a talk on Race Rules and Management. Frank organised Sausage's and Alex From CCRC made a fabulous Cheese Chowder.
Next racing is Easter Egg Series. Keelboats on Saturday in Harbour then Cans in the Solent for Yachts and Keelboats. We are being joined by CCRC yachts for this race.
We will also be having a regatta meal at the Greek Haslar.
