Hot Turkey Race - Christmas Day 2024

A fantastic Christmas Day was had by everyone this year at PSC.

There were 6 boats out, with race officer Rick Hodgson.

Huge thanks to everyone who participated, Richard Hills who provided the canons which had 76% success rate and caused much giggling! Rick has never heard so much laughter and fun coming from the participating crews!

First across the line was Katabatic but with Rick's race officer decision were pipped to the post by Z70 who sailed a fantastic race coming from the back of the fleet to second place. With Rick's special handicap system Z70 were announced as winners.

The PSC bar was full of Christmas revellers enjoying post sailing drinks, before their Christmas lunch. Massive thanks go out to Karen and Tony who provided nibbles, and Misako and Heather who helped run the bar alongside Rick!
