Cowes Week 2021 - Follow the racing virtually

This year, Cowes Week racing will be available to watch via the internet as part of a Government project to trial innovative use of 5G.

50 boats will have 360 degree high definition cameras fitted, and each camera will beam back high definition pictures which will be shown on big screens around the town as well as online.

All regatta classes will be covered, and there will also be a Spectator App.

The project has been funded by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
