A quiet few months on the water although we did have beautiful weather for our Hot Turkey race on Christmas Day (picture above courtesy of Karen Thompson).

This week the University sailors organised an excellent 'Boat Whisperer' talk from Steve Cockerill of Rooster Sailing (picture below) which proved popular with a number of the club members too, in fact the club was full; which was great to see! When the racing season starts it will be interesting to see if we learned anything!

In other news - plans are afoot to organise an inter-club trophy with the Royal Victoria YC (Fishbourne) that will be contested by the respective Squib fleets over a number of events every year. More details to follow.
